We do hope you love your Elegance Clothing delivery, however if for some unfortunate reason you need to return an item then please read the following terms and conditions to make the process as smooth as possible and hassle free for yourself.


Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of makeup stains and strong odours and the original tags must still be attached. Please note due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings and hair accessories.

Re pack the item(s) and include the original invoice and complete the reasons for return and send back to the address below within 28 days of the date shown on your invoice. At this time we do not offer a free returns service therefore the returns postage cost is your responsibility.

We strongly recommend using an economy tracked service as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of items. Please keep your proof of postage until your parcel has arrived safely back to us.

Once your returned parcel(s) have been received we will send you a confirmation email that your return has been processed. This will normally be completed within 3 working days.


We are unable to offer exchanges due to the high turnover of stock. If you do require an alternative size then we recommend returning your original order and placing a new order for your preferred size/colour/style.


We are sorry to hear that you have a faulty item. Please send our Customer Service team an e-mail (customercare@Eleganceclothing.co.uk) with your order number, photo(s) and a brief description of the fault or issue and you will receive a reply from us within 48 hours however during weekends and busy periods we politely ask that you allow us extra time to respond.
Please note we can only refund returns postage in certain cases and that the maximum we will refund for postage costs is Royal Mail 2nd Class with delivery confirmation (currently £3.20 for up to 2kg).
